To maintain and improve the reliability of our services we collect:

Foreguard does not access unnecessary information stored on your device.

• Resend Which is used for our email alerts in Foreguard.

• Regulatory authorities or law enforcement where legally required.

All third-party providers are contractually required to protect personal information appropriately.

Foreguard retains information only for as long as necessary.

Inspection records are retained for the lifetime of the account.

Photos

Where supported by your device, Foreguard may request access to your photo library so existing images can be attached to inspection records.

Users may revoke these permissions at any time through their device settings, although doing so may limit certain features of the App.
